Frequency
of the Board Meeting and Academic Advisory Body : Quartarly
Nature and extent of involvement of faculty and
students in academic affairs/ improvements: Regularly
seminars, debate competition etc will be conducted
Mechanism/Norms & procedure for good Governance
Periodic staff mettings are held with HODs, Principal and
the Executive Director to discuss the overall issues concerning
the entire college and steps taken to remedy any anomly
present . In addition , faculty and staff are taken liberty
to meet the HOD, the Principal and the Executive Director
on their own individually to represent their problems.
Student Feedback
Student's feedback is taken subject wise& faculty wise at
the end of every month by independent persons and results
are collated , strength and weakness are identified and
used for counseling the faculty for improvement. |
